EU har nu godkänt Sony Corporations utköp av ATV-delen i Sony/ATV Music Publishing, Det i
nnebär att nu även Sonykoncernen har en 100 % ägd kombination av förlag och musikbolag.
Det var i mars i år som Sony Corporation meddelade att de för 750 miljoner dollar köpt ut ATV från Michael Jacksons dödsbo. MI har ännu inte nåtts av fakta om bokstäverna ”ATV” nu omedelbart försvinner ur namnet. Däremot så lånar vi detta citat från en nöjd VD Martin Bandier i Music Business Worldwide:
